2. Dispatch Fees

• Dispatch fee: 8% of gross revenue per load.

• Gross revenue is the total payment received for a load before any deductions, including fuel, tolls, permits, factoring fees, or other expenses.

• Factoring fees or other third-party charges are separate and do not reduce the dispatch fee.

• Example:

  • Load Revenue: $2,500

  • Dispatch Fee (8% of gross revenue): $200

  • Factoring Fee (3%): $75

  • Driver Receives: $2,500 − $200 − $75 = $2,225

3. Account Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and providing accurate, complete, and current information.

4. Zero Refund Policy

• All payments for dispatching services are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Unpaid Invoice Terms

• Clients must pay all invoices promptly.

• Unpaid invoices may accrue late fees or interest per the Dispatch Agreement.

• Iron Page Dispatch reserves the right to withhold services until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.

• Legal action may be taken to recover unpaid amounts, including associated costs of collection.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Iron Page Dispatch is not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party carriers, brokers, or factoring companies.

7. Modifications

• Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

• Service Scope: Iron Page Dispatch acts solely as a freight dispatcher. We do not operate trucks, transport goods, or provide brokerage services.

• Third-Party Links: Our Website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.

• Compliance: Clients must ensure compliance with all applicable trucking laws, including Hours of Service (HOS), licensing, insurance, and safety regulations.
