All carriers must agree to USE A FACTORING COMPANY.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FACTORING COMPANY All payments from brokers are sent directly to Iron Page Dispatch through our factoring partner. Carriers are paid by Iron Page Dispatch immediately upon funding confirmation.
This ensures on-time payments, accurate billing, and professional accountability for every load.
PAYMENT REQUIEMENTS
To join the Iron Page Dispatch network, you’ll need:

Active Motor Carrier (MC) Authority

USDOT Number in good standing

Signed W9 Form

Certificate of Insurance (COI) with:

$1,000,000 Auto Liability Coverage

$100,000 Cargo Coverage

Iron Page Dispatch listed as Certificate Holder

Copy of CDL or Driver’s License

Signed Dispatcher–Carrier Service Agreement (provided upon approval)

After your consultation, you’ll receive a secure link to upload your required carrier documents.

MC Authority Letter
W9 Form
Certificate of Insurance (with Iron Page Dispatch listed as Certificate Holder)
CDL or Driver’s License
Signed Dispatcher–Carrier Service Agreement
Step 3: Verification & Dispatch Setup
Once your documents are verified, our team will finalize your profile and begin searching for freight that fits your preferences. You’ll be connected with a dedicated dispatcher who will start booking loads on your behalf — fast, efficient, and fully compliant.
