Refund Policy

Absolute Zero Refunds

• Iron Page Dispatch enforces a strict zero refund policy.

• All payments for dispatch services are non-refundable, regardless of load outcome, revenue, or client circumstances.

Important Information

• Dispatch Fees: Calculated as 8% of gross revenue only. Factoring or other third-party fees do not reduce this fee.

• Unpaid Invoices: Services may be suspended or legal action taken for unpaid amounts.

• Agreement: By using Iron Page Dispatch services, clients acknowledge and accept the zero refund policy and agree to the terms outlined above.

• ispatch Fees Are Gross-Based: The 8% dispatch fee is calculated on gross revenue for each load. Factoring fees or any other third-party charges are not included and do not reduce the dispatch fee.

• Zero Refund Policy: All payments made to Iron Page Dispatch are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including service dissatisfaction, load cancellations, or unforeseen events.

• Unpaid Invoice Terms:

  • Clients are responsible for paying all invoices promptly.

  • Services may be suspended until outstanding invoices are fully paid.

  • Legal action may be pursued to recover unpaid invoices, including associated collection costs.

• Acknowledgment: By using Iron Page Dispatch services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the zero refund policy and all terms regarding dispatch fees and unpaid invoices.
