Our service includes a live load board strategy session, training in rate negotiation, RPM techniques, and red flag identification, alongside expertly crafted scripts for broker calls. For those looking to optimize further, we also offer an optional review of your current loads, ensuring you stay competitive in the freight industry.
Cancellation Policy
⭐ TIER 3 SERVICES POLICY (SHORT FORM) This policy applies to all Tier 3 services: Business Audit & Systems Breakdown Load Strategy & Negotiation Coaching Monthly Dispatcher Mentorship (Basic & VIP) NO REFUNDS All Tier 3 payments are final. No refunds for cancellations, missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or unused time. MISSED SESSIONS A session is considered missed if you: Do not attend Arrive more than 10 minutes late Attempt to reschedule within 24 hours Experience preventable tech issues Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded. MONTHLY MENTORSHIP You receive 4 weekly sessions per month. Missing 2 or more sessions may result in removal with no refund. Unused sessions do NOT roll over. Subscription renews monthly until canceled with 7-day written notice. PAYMENT POLICY Payment plans must be completed. Missed payments = removal. Chargebacks result in collections action. NO RECORDING / NO SHARING You may not record, screenshot, or distribute any mentorship materials, strategies, or communication. Violation results in removal without refund. NO LIFETIME ACCESS Access to materials or messages ends when your session or monthly mentorship ends. VIP TEXT SUPPORT (If Applicable) Available Mon–Fri, 10AM–6PM EST. Does not include load booking, emergency support, or weekend responses. CONDUCT Disrespect, harassment, or misuse of services results in removal with no refund. RESULTS DISCLAIMER No guarantees of income, clients, or business success. We provide guidance — results depend on your effort.
